The Weathered Grapvine: Valentines...No Valentine.

What is Valentine's Day anyways. Hearts, flowers and chocolates...Spending the day with the one's you love most. But this is what I did wake up to...

Because Justin is not here. This year we could not celebrate the most romantic holiday there is. On Thursday, he had me waiting around for a package.. I suspected it was flowers and it sure was! It was a dozen red long stem roses in a red vase.

I seriously couldn't have been happier. Then Friday, I come home and there was another 1800flowers.com package! I thought at first it was the empty box from the day before. But I checked it and there was a card on there. I got so excited. I went inside and opened it up and there was another bouquet of flowers! They were pink roses and dark pink carnations. So freaking beautiful.

It was awesome to come home to right after picking up my gift from him from Kay Jewelers! It was the mother and child charm bracelet.

I so didn't expect anything like that. He is amazing. It does make me feel a little bad all I got him was a Valentine themed package of things. But, there were some good things in there! :)

The only plans I had for the actually day was my sister's indoor colorguard competition. My mom wanted to go secretly set up her room at the inn for her and dad, so she sent us out with dad to go to the competition at Bruswick. It was a lot of fun but lil man was already sick before we went, and he just wasn't feeling well. We stopped at Roy Rogers to get some food and we went in to eat because we all had to use the rest room. It was pretty good but there was this weird guy who kept looking back at us. I got so freaked out i kept telling dad to watch my purse. Then we left and I started feeling a little sick. As the night went on, Britt and Corrine came over and I was getting sicker and sicker to my stomach and so was little man. I felt so bad because I planned on some things with them. So when I went to go lay down with Zacorro, I ended up falling asleep with him. Elisa came in to wake me up to tell me Britt and Corrine went home because I fell asleep and they didn't want to wake me up. But before she could get that all out ....

ALL OF A SUDDEN, I looked at her and RAN to the toliet. I just barely made it. I then continued to throw up the rest of the night. I text mom and told her and they got worried so they came back home and took care of us. Thank goodness because Elisa start throwing up too. It was horrendous. By morning we all were sick except Star.

What a holiday. Hopefully St. Patty's day will be better.
